Course description:
The course is for students who want to master information and evidence. We will use the computer lab to learn advanced skills in: 1) retrieving information, 2) asessing information 3) storing and filing information, 4) keeping up with new advances. We will complete one project in order to learn these skills. The skills will include both strategies and techniques.
Before the selective, each student should identify one clinical topic that they want to use as their example for learning how to master information. Also, be willing to share with the class your own favorite discovery in information management; for example, a new website, PDA program, or strategy.
