1. Measured the sensitivity of individual terms at locating our pool of gold standard studies.
2. Added terms, best ones first, until sensitivity could not be improved.
3. Added terms, associated negatively with gold standard studies, until total articles retrieved could not be reduced without compromise of sensitivity.
